Our Administrator – Patience Anyinkeng, RN
Patience Anyinkeng, RN, co-founder and Administrator of Care By Us, brings hands-on caregiving experience and clinical expertise to every aspect of care. Her healthcare journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), progressed to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and culminated with her Registered Nurse (RN) license. This diverse experience allows Patience to understand and lead care delivery at every level.
Her passion for home healthcare is deeply personal. In 2010, after her mother was diagnosed with dementia, Patience became her primary caregiver — managing medications, ensuring safety, and providing emotional support. This experience shaped her belief in dignified, person-centered care and strengthened her lifelong dedication to serving seniors.
Today, Patience oversees care planning, caregiver training, compliance, and service excellence at Care By Us. Families trust her steady leadership, clinical expertise, and compassionate heart to ensure every client receives the highest quality care.
