She was empathetic and walked us through every step, helping us feel confident about the process. The care team was equally impressive. The nurse, Rodna, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, creating a perfect care plan for my grand aunt's needs. But it was the caregiver, Delilah, who truly made all the difference. She was not only professional and kind but also formed a genuine bond with my grand aunt, helping her with everything from medication reminders to light housekeeping. We are so grateful for the compassionate and professional care she received from the entire team at Care by US. They gave us peace of mind and, most importantly, treated our grand aunt with the dignity and respect she deserves.
I wish I could give 12 stars! I have been with plethora of at home services and they have done my parents so wrong! I finally said enough was enough And decided to do a little bit more research. Looking in to the services provided lined up with exactly the needs. My parents needed to thrive. I was able to get same-day help 24 hours a day. And even on-call nurses with my parents needed rides to doctors appointments or even dates as a 30 year-old daughter.
